1. Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customised vehicle ownership solutions to businesses and individuals
  • Generate leads through prospecting
  • Participate in customer engagement programmes to maintain customer loyalty

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in retail sales
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (able to speak dialects is an added advantage)
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license
  • Computer literate and a team-player

Successful candidates will be entitled to an attractive allowance of $2,000 + commission. High performers can expect this position to be a 5-figure income opportunity!

2. Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist manager/senior in their duties
  • Manage general and sales/purchase enquiries from customers
  • Maintain sales prospects and customer database
  • Prepare and make automotive hire purchase and insurance applications
  • Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Strong administrative skills, hardworking and well organised
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills

3. Insurance Executive (Telesales)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process insurance quotations, policy renewals, extensions and cancellations
  • Administer incoming new business proposals to ensure complete documentation
  • Handle enquiries and establish, maintain and expand client base within service guidelines and procedures
  • Responsible for achieving specific sales targets
  • Manage changes to policy coverage, premium payment and other necessary processes
  • Sell insurance products and services by telephone

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in telemarketing (preferred)
  • General knowledge of insurance products and services
  • General Insurance Certification (i.e. BCP, PGI, ComGI) will be an added advantage
  • Passion for delivering excellent service by having a customer-first mindset
  • Results-orientated
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong sales closing skills

4. Insurance Executive (Administrative)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and process insurance quotations, renewals, extensions, cancellations and issuance of insurance policies
  • Maintain a high level of customer service when dealing with internal (staff) and external (customer) enquiries
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers on requirements
  • Assist in promotion campaigns and/or any other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Levels qualification
  • Full suite of GI (BCP, PGI & ComGI) certification (preferred)
  • 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Dedicated in delivering excellent customer service
  • Results-oriented
  • Excellent team player with ability to work independently

5. Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting functions
  • Perform functions of Accounts Payable & Receivable (i.e. reconciliation, issue sales invoices, input suppliers invoice, maintain fixed assets register, cheque issuance, cash collection etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum LCCI / Certificate in Accounting or equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of accounts experience
  • Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to work in the east side

6. Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Transferring of vehicles to and from assigned locations
  • Sending of vehicles for routine inspections
  • Collection of vehicles from customers

Requirements:

  • Possess Class 3 driving license
  • Be physically fit for outdoor work
  • Safety conscious
  • 5.5 day work week (9.30am to 4.30pm – Weekdays; 9.00am to 1.00pm – Saturdays)

7. Software Programmer (IT)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and/or modifying internal IT systems

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of IT working experience (minimum 1 year in design skills)
  • Minimum Diploma holder in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Strong in MYSQL & PHP
  • Basic Knowledge in Javascript, HTML & CSS
  • Strong problem-solving skills
